About Richmont Industries
Richmont Industries is looking for a creative, data-savvy Social Media Manager to grow our brand presence and engage our audience across platforms. We have a wide variety of in-house and licensed brands in household care, wellness, and personal care categories.
The Role
You'll own our day-to-day social media strategy and execution — from content planning and posting to community engagement and performance reporting. You'll work closely with design and leadership to keep our brand voice consistent and our content performing.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute influencer outreach and partnership opportunities across our portfolio of brands
Plan and execute a content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Linked In, and X
Create, edit, and schedule engaging posts, graphics, and short-form video
Monitor engagement, handle customer support, and respond to comments, messages, and mentions
Track performance metrics and report on growth, engagement, and campaign ROI
Stay on top of platform trends and adjust strategy accordingly
Collaborate with leadership and design teams on campaigns and brand initiatives
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts (agency or in-house)
Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
Comfortable analyzing data and translating it into content decisions
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and the Microsoft suite of products
