  • perform walk throughs of property and notify management of any problems.
  • oversee 3 porters
  • complete work orders
  • check all boilers and machinery on a daily basis to ensure proper function
  • oversee any vendors on the property
  • touch up paint where needed in common areas
  • make sure sidewalks and courtyard are free of snow and properly salted
