Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – $1,000 Signing Bonus!
St. Paul, MN | Full-Time | $70,000–$75,000/year
Comfort Autism Center is hiring a full-time BCBA to join our growing team. We provide high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in a warm, supportive, and team-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:
Develop treatment plans & behavior intervention plans
Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Catalyst)
Supervise staff and provide direct ABA therapy
Collaborate with families to ensure progress
Maintain accurate data and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
BCBA certified (or exam within 3 months)
Experience supervising and writing treatment plans
Strong communication & leadership skills
