• Skilled in sandblasting, waterblasting, and spray painting at a high quality and speed.
• Proficient brush and roller painting
• Proficient in using all blasting and painting equipment and aerial lifts.
• Understands what surfaces and materials should or should not be treated.
• Possesses knowledge of paints requiring curing, determines appropriate thinner ratios based on environmental conditions, and is capable of mixing large quantities for team use or spray operations.
