We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our team! You will provide individual, group, and family clinical services to traumatized children. Supervision by LPCC-S if needed.
Responsibilities:
- Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental, emotional and behavioral issues
- Complete diagnostic assessments
- Implement and review treatment plans
- Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Must have valid Ohio license (PC, PCC, LSW, LISW)
- Expierence and/or training in Trauma a plus
- Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields a plus
- Familiarity with community mental health resources
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership qualities
