Loan Officer

The Member Service Representative/Loan Officer is responsible for providing exceptional service to credit union members by assisting with a variety of transactions, resolving account inquiries, and identifying financial needs. This role also entails accepting, processing, and closing consumer loan applications while ensuring compliance with credit union policies and applicable regulations.
