Responsibilities
- Represent clients in construction-related litigation and dispute resolution
- Provide legal advice on commercial construction claims
- Draft and review legal documents related to construction disputes
- Collaborate with clients to develop litigation strategies
- Manage caseload effectively and meet deadlines
- Attend court hearings and negotiations as required
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year litigation experience (commercial litigation preferred)
- Experience with construction claims and disputes
- Ability to work fully in-office
- Access to a reliable car for commuting
