Commercial Litigation Associate

We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience in sophisticated commercial litigation to join our Hackensack, New Jersey or New York City offices. Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Participate in discovery, including depositions and document review
• Collaborate with partners and team members to develop case strategies
• Prepare for and attend hearings and trials
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey or New York

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage complex litigation matters
