Qualifications:
- Experience in insurance defense or related areas such as insurance coverage, personal injury, or civil litigation.
- Knowledge of various liability claims such as general, premises, auto, product, professional, labor law, no-fault, medical malpractice, and bad faith a plus.
- Trial experience a plus.
- Labor Law experience a plus (Labor Law 240(1) and 241(6) cases)
