Required Qualifications
- 5-30 years of transactional commercial real estate experience.
- Deep substantive knowledge or experience in one or more of the following commercial real estate practice areas: Commercial Leasing, Joint Ventures, Acquisitions and Dispositions, Real Estate Finance.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage complex transactions independently.
- Excellent judgment and client counseling skills.
