Pipe Layer, Tailman, Hillman, Operators

Tideland Utilities, Inc. is looking for experienced pipe layers, tailmen, operators, hillmen for municipal water and sewer construction. Requirements are the following based on the position:

• willingness to work outside and get dirty
• setting up lasers for sewer installation to ensure grades
• experience in setting manholes plumb and to grade
• bolting of fittings, etc to ensure pressure requirements
• Operation of heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, wheel loaders, etc
• knowledgeable in safety requirements

Tideland Utilities, Inc. has been in business for 54 years. We are based in Summerville, SC and work in all of the surrounding tri-county area. We install municipal water and sewer systems for new construction as well as municipal projects for the surrounding and growing areas.
