Candidate will handle files from inception to resolution, ensuring all deadlines, statute of limitations, and notice requirements are met through litigation & appeals. Candidate will represent clients at hearings, depositions, and trials before state administrative bodies (like the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation) and courts.
