Attorney Associate

We are seeking an Attorney Associate to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in Real Estate related transactions and advise clients on legal transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct residential real estate closings at borrowers' home and other public locations
• Prepare and draft commercial and residential title examinations
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

​​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in law
• Familiarity with real estate related legal documents
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a Massachusetts Notary Public

Mid-sized law firm representing local and national lenders, as well as National Title Insures and private clients.
