Associate Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney licensed in Texas with at least four (4) years of litigation experience to handle a broad range of commercial and business litigation matters. The ideal candidate is a strong legal writer, skilled researcher, and self-directed attorney capable of managing an active docket with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial and business litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and other litigation-related documents
• Conduct legal research and provide clear, well-reasoned legal analysis
• Manage cases and deadlines independently while maintaining high-quality work product
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court

Qualifications

• Active license and good standing with the State Bar of Texas
• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial and/or business litigation
• Excellent legal writing and research skills
• Strong drafting skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage a litigation docket with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Professional judgment and client-focused mindset
