Insurance Producer / Account Manager

About the Role

The Sanddi Khatam Agency with Farmers Insurance is looking for a motivated Insurance Producer / Account Manager to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, great people skills, and a drive to grow professionally while helping individuals, families, and business owners protect what they’ve worked hard to build.

This role combines sales and client relationship management, meaning you will both generate new business and help service existing clients.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through calls, referrals, networking, and community outreach

• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance policies

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Review current policies and identify coverage opportunities

• Provide excellent customer service and account support

• Follow up on leads and cross-sell additional products when appropriate

• Help ensure clients have the right protection for their needs

Compensation

• $17 hourly base pay (pay increase with New Mexico Life, Sickness and Health License and/or if bilingual)
  PLUS commission

• Uncapped earning potential

Licensing Requirement

• Property & Casualty (P&C) License preferred but not required to apply.

• If you are not currently licensed, you will be required to obtain your P&C license within 30 days from date of hire.

• We will guide you through the licensing process.
