Logistics Sales Coordinator

This is not a Truck Coordinator position. You will be working directly with shippers/customers and finding coverage for their freight. We are looking for a self motivated, dependable, and quick-thinking individual to join our growing transportation team. This position is much more than "just dispatching." You will be handling customer service, sales, problem solving, truck coordination, and constant communication throughout the day.

This is a fast-paced environment with a lot moving parts, so the ideal candidate must be able to think ahead, stay organized under pressure, and communicate confidently on the phone. Every day is different, and the ability to adapt quickly to extremely important.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and dispatch freight efficiently. Communicate with customers and drivers throughout the day. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Solve problems quickly and professionally. Handle multiple phone calls and tasks at once. Stay ahead of issues before they become problems. Work closely with a small team in an open office environment.
