Workers' Compensation Attorney – Applicant's Practice

The Law Offices of Robert Ozeran is a growing California applicant workers' compensation law firm seeking an attorney who wants to build a long-term career with our firm.

We are looking for someone with workers' compensation experience who can manage a caseload, communicate effectively with clients, negotiate settlements, and represent applicants at hearings before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board. Experience handling workers' compensation trials or other administrative law trials is highly preferred.

The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, enjoys litigation, and is looking to grow with a busy and expanding practice.

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar license
• Workers' compensation experience required
• Experience appearing before the WCAB preferred
• Trial experience in workers' compensation or administrative law preferred
• Strong writing, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to independently manage a caseload and work as part of a team
