What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate is confident, capable, and client-focused, with:

  • Washington Workers’ Compensation experience
  • Courtroom and/or trial experience
  • Strong, decisive judgment under pressure
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strategic problem-solving ability
  • The ability to build positive, professional relationships with clients and stakeholders, including L&I personnel, SIE claims managers, vocational counselors, and healthcare providers
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle a mature caseload independently
