Psychotherapist

We are seeking a Psychotherapist to join our team! You will be responsible for implementing effective treatment plans to clients in an individual or family setting. In search of therapist to contribute to practice growth to provide psychotherapy both remotely and in person settings. Work in collaboration with PMHNP with existing and potential clients.

Responsibilities:

• Counsel and advise individuals or couples to promote improve outcomes
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans
• Establish treatment goals and milestones with clients
• Prepare progress reports and letters for relevant parties
• Educate families and clients with different treatments modalities
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare or counseling professionals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in counseling, social work, or other related fields
• Experience in conflict resolution
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Our company is an outpatient mental health office providing medication management services clients. In search of therapist to contribute to practice growth to provide psychotherapy to improve client outcomes.
