Leasing Consultant

Norterra Canyon Apartments is looking for a qualified individual to join our team! This complex is fast paced and always busy. We need someone that can fill the void without hesitation. Your main focus is to effectively market the property, and to strive for a high occupancy of satisfied residents. As a Leasing Consultant, you will greet callers, tour prospective residents, facilitate lease agreements, and provide resident services. Willing to teach the right person but experience is preferred!!

Duties and Responsibilities:
Come to work prepared and excited to work!!!!
Must be prompt and on time
Comply with all employee policies and procedures
Mature individual
Must have amazing people skills
Ability to research needed information online and over the telephone
Takes and follows directions well
Comply with the Fair Housing Laws
Perform all other functions as directed by the Community Manager

Qualifications and Experience:
Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English, bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
Possess a valid driver's license and an insured, operable vehicle.
Able to pass a full credit and background check.

Schedule: 40 hours/ week
