Immediate Opening First Shift Offset Press Operator:
- Operate Ryobi 750 series sheetfed 23" x 29" offset press (5-color plus coater).
- Execute make-readies: Perform press setup, color matching, registration, to meet production schedules.
- Maintain quality control: Monitor color consistency, dot gain, and print quality.
- Maximize Efficiency: Maintain optimal run speeds while minimizing waste and downtime.
- Troubleshoot & Maintain: Identify mechanical issues, perform minor repairs, and ensure proper preventative maintenance on press.
- Document & Report: Log job data accurately, including time, material usage, and quality checks.
- Prioritize Safety: Follow safety protocols and manage occasional heavy lifting (up to 60 lbs).
- Industry Experience: Operating offset sheetfed presses in high-quality commercial or specialty print environments.
- Color Skills: Proficiency in color calibration, ink management, and branded color reproduction.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Effective communicators who value teamwork and collaboration.
