Position: Litigation Associate – Labor & Employment Plaintiff's Litigation
Job Type: Full-Time | Location: In-Person
Role Overview:
Join our dynamic team to gain hands-on experience in labor and employment litigation, including individual and class actions. You’ll receive great mentorship, work closely with clients, and develop your skills in a fast-paced, thriving practice.
Responsibilities:
- Court appearances, drafting complaints, motions, and briefs.
- Conducting written discovery and handling client intakes.
- Managing calendaring, filing, and case-related tasks.
- Taking/defending depositions (with training).

Qualifications:
- Litigation experience preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Bar License required.
