We are seeking a Leasing Agent to join our growing team! You will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of the clients.
Responsibilities:
- Market and show properties for rent through our various platforms
- Prepare leases and lease renewals for new and existing tenants
- Coordinate needed maintenance w maintenance coordinator
- Communicate w investors and provide updates on their investment properties
- Misc leasing tasks such as processing applications, preparing notices, collections
- Resident retention
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in leasing preferred but not required
- High energy, positive attitude, and enjoy working w people
- Strong written and communication skills
- Fast pace and ability to multitask
