What You Will Do:
As our Director of Nursing, you will serve as the designated Clinical Manager required by CMS. You will champion patient safety, ensure strict regulatory compliance, and cultivate a supportive, supportive environment for our staff.
- Oversee all daily clinical operations, water treatment testing, and infection control protocols.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule our specialized nursing and PCT team to eliminate burnout.
- Ensure absolute audit-readiness for all state health department and CMS surveys.
- Partner directly with our business executive COO to optimize clinic scheduling and patient care.
What We are Looking For:
- Credentials: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [State Name]. BSN preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on chronic hemodialysis experience, with at least 1 year in a charge nurse or clinical leadership role.
- Knowledge: Deep familiarity with CMS Conditions for Coverage (CfC) for ESRD facilities.
