Chemical Operator Job Requirements: Chemical Operator

• Working closely with powder and liquid chemicals & solvents (caustic)
• Chemical conversions on starches
• Reading batch sheets
• Gathering and mixing raw materials based on the batch sheet
• Various testing and readings throughout the process (checking pressure, temperature, etc.)
• Bagging out the finished products
• Shrink wrapping bags
• Loading onto pallets with use of a sit-down forklift
