We’re looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to join our team as Welder Helpers in the Northwest Houston area. We’re seeking recent welding school graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and gain real-world experience in a fast-paced fabrication or industrial setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced welders with setup, positioning, and material handling
- Prep materials and tools for welding projects
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform basic measurements and cuts using a tape measure
- Operate basic shop tools under supervision
Requirements:
- Must be able to read a tape measure accurately down to the 16th
- Welding school certificate or recent graduation from a welding program is preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Bilingual is required (Spanish/English)
