Job Description
Penino and Moynihan is seeking to hire an Attorney to join its growing New York practice group in its White Plains, New York Office. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload;
- Drafting motions and status reports;
- Regularly handling court appearances and depositions.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school;
- Admitted to practice in New York; Connecticut admission is a plus;
- 3 plus years experience litigating insurance defense cases in New York State courts, including handling depositions;
- Strong organizational, time management, writing and interpersonal skills are required.
