Avionics Assembly Technician

We are seeking Avionics Assembly Technicians for an opportunity in Kent, WA (98032). This is a 6+ month onsite contract role supporting flight and test hardware builds.

Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (onsite in Kent, WA) with OT available

In this role, you would be:

• Building components across test and flight environments
• Performing board-level assembly and soldering
• Fabricating, terminating, and testing wire harnesses
• Installing RF boxes, crimping, and bonding panels
• Working with torque tools and standard electronics test equipment

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of aerospace or avionics assembly experience
• Experience in an ESD-controlled environment with tool accountability processes
• Hands-on experience with soldering, multimeters, and basic electronics test equipment
• Wire harness fabrication, termination, and testing experience
• Strong mechanical assembly skills and ability to work to aerospace standards/specifications
