Job Summary:

We are seeking an Estate Planning and Probate / Family Attorney to become a part of our team! They must also be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines in a timely manner. Candidate must be able to adapt to daily change, be responsive, self-motivated and have great attention to detail.

Duties/Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should have experience in the following:

• Probating Wills;
• Dependent and Independent Administrations;
• Guardianship Proceedings;
• Small Estate Affidavits;
• Heirship Proceedings; and
• Drafting Wills, POAs, Trusts Agreements among other estate planning documents.
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications:

• Two years of experience in Estate Planning & Probate preferred;
• Licensed to practice in Texas and is in good standing;
• Able to speak, read, and write Spanish fluently preferred.
