Job Description

· Oversee production planning, supply chain operations, and logistics functions

· Drive the adoption and utilization of ERP/CIM systems across the organization

· Manage the end-to-end process flow of production and ensure schedule adherence

· Hold cross-functional teams accountable to production schedules and delivery targets

· Lead and manage a team including a Master Scheduler, 2 Planners, 2 Buyers, and an Assistant Material Manager with performance reporting responsibilities

Key Requirements

· Demonstrated leadership and accountability in a manufacturing environment;

· Strong ERP system experience, ideally gained within a larger company or plant setting

· Injection molding and plastics industry experience highly preferred
