Licensed Therapist (LMSW/LPC/LLP) | Full Time + Benefits

Summary

Behavioral Health Intake Therapist role in Southgate providing intake assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and care coordination for adult and pediatric behavioral health patients. The role supports individuals with severe mental illness, substance use disorders, and intellectual/developmental disabilities in an outpatient behavioral health setting.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, or Counseling required
• Active Michigan full licensure required:
• • LMSW
  • LPC
  • LLP
• Minimum 1 year post-master’s mental health treatment experience required
• Minimum 1 year experience working with minors/families required
• Experience working with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities required
• Crisis intervention experience highly preferred
• Must obtain:
• • QMHP
  • CMHP
  • QIDP credentials within 120 days of hire
• Must possess CAADC credential OR active MCBAP development plan within 6 weeks of hire
• Strong documentation, communication, and therapeutic engagement skills required
• Candidates requiring sponsorship/visa support cannot be accepted

Shift

• Full-time days
• Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Some evenings/weekends required
• No on-call
