Quick Offer : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full-Time

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team at both (Charlotte, NC) and Fort Mill, SC clinic locations. As a BCBA , you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and working closely with families to ensure successful therapy outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.

· Develop and oversee individualized ABA therapy programs.

· Supervise and mentor RBTs and ABA therapists.

· Provide ongoing parent training and collaboration.

· Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

· Ensure clinical documentation is completed in a timely manner.

Salary & Bonus

· Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience)

· Quarterly Bonuses based on performance
