Outpatient Therapist (LMSW/LLMSW/LPC/LLPC/LLP) | Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Outpatient Therapist to provide mental health assessments, individual and group therapy, treatment planning, and care coordination for adult patients in an outpatient behavioral health setting.

Schedule: Flexible schedule with occasional evenings/weekends

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
• Active Michigan License (LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, LLP, or TLLP)
• Minimum 1 year of mental health experience (internship/fieldwork accepted)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently

Pay & Benefits

• Limited License: $27.22–$36.63/hour
• Full License: $29.47–$39.67/hour
