BCBA | $100K + Monthly Bonus | No Nights & No Weekends

Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Colorado Springs, CO (Onsite)
Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (8 AM–5 PM)
Salary: $80,000–$100,000/year (DOE) + Monthly Bonus

Overview:
Join a growing and supportive clinical team providing high-quality ABA services to children and adolescents. This role is ideal for a compassionate BCBA passionate about making a measurable impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct behavioral assessments & design treatment plans
• Lead and oversee ABA therapy programs
• Supervise RBTs and clinical staff
• Track progress, maintain documentation & reports
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Utilize tools like VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS & AFLS

What We’re Looking For:

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Meets BACB supervision requirements
• Experience with ages 2–20
• Strong communication & clinical planning skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check
