We are looking for a Family Law Attorney to join a respected legal practice in Spring, Texas. This role is well suited for an attorney in the early stages of practice who wants hands-on client exposure, guidance from experienced colleagues, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive team environment. The position offers a steady platform for building family law experience while delivering thoughtful counsel and strong advocacy to clients navigating sensitive legal matters.

Responsibilities:
• Advise and represent clients in family law proceedings involving separation, parenting disputes, support matters, post-judgment changes, and enforcement issues.
• Prepare a wide range of legal documents, including court filings, case motions, written discovery, negotiated resolutions, and related correspondence.
• Appear at hearings, mediation sessions, depositions, and other court-related proceedings to advocate for client interests.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, opposing attorneys, and court staff to keep matters moving efficiently and professionally.
• Oversee an active caseload from initial consultation through final outcome while providing responsive and high-quality client service.
• Research legal questions, evaluate case developments, and recommend practical strategies based on the facts and applicable law.
• Work closely with other attorneys and legal staff to support case preparation, negotiation efforts, and litigation planning.• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Texas with standing in good order.
• One to five years of experience handling family law matters is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear, accurate, and persuasive legal writing.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to organize competing priorities and manage multiple files in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in probate, contract-related matters, or broader civil litigation is a plus.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is welcomed but not required.
