Perfusionist - Full Time | Earn Up to $241K | New Grads can Apply!

Join a leading cardiovascular surgery team as a Perfusionist in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This opportunity offers the chance to work in a collaborative, technology-driven surgical environment supporting complex cardiac procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cardiopulmonary bypass operations, monitoring patients during surgery, and providing perfusion services across a variety of specialties.

Compensation & Benefits:
Annual Salary: $161,262 – $241,883

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and manage cardiopulmonary bypass equipment during cardiac surgeries
Select and prepare appropriate perfusion circuits and prime solutions based on patient and procedural needs
Prepare, calibrate, test, and maintain heart-lung machines and related equipment
Monitor patient status throughout cardiopulmonary bypass procedures
Administer and monitor pharmacologic agents as required

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Perfusion Program
Bachelor's degree in Health Science or a related field
Current Perfusionist licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Oklahoma
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment

Preferred Qualifications:
1–2 years of Perfusion experience
