Robert Half Legal is partnering with a leading global technology consulting and services organization to hire experienced attorneys specializing in IT transactions, outsourcing, technology services, and commercial contracting.
We are seeking legal professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment and enjoy partnering with sales and business teams to help close complex technology transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a technology services provider, systems integrator, consulting firm, or outsourcing organization.

Corporate Counsel – IT Transactions
- 7-13 years of relevant experience
- Pay: $75-$90/hour
What You'll Do
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements.
- Structure and negotiate revenue-generating and procurement-related transactions.
- Review and negotiate complex technology and outsourcing agreements, including:
- Master Outsourcing Agreements
- Professional Services Agreements (PSAs)
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Software Licensing Agreements
- Reseller Agreements
- Subcontractor Agreements
- RFPs and Bid Documents
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Manage transactions from RFP through contract execution.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, Information Security, Procurement, and other business stakeholders.
- Provide practical, business-focused legal advice while balancing risk and commercial objectives.
- Drive efficient negotiations and help move deals to signature.
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active bar admission and good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.
- Experience negotiating IT services, outsourcing, technology, software licensing, and commercial agreements.
- Strong background representing a service provider, consulting firm, systems integrator, or technology company.
- Ability to independently lead negotiations and manage complex transactions with minimal supervision.
- Excellent drafting, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Practical business judgment and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
