Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Location: Hollywood, FL
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Friday (No Nights or Weekends)
Pay: $40.00–$50.00/hour
Qualifications
- Active Nuclear Medicine Technologist License (Florida)
- ARRT (N) or NMTCB Certification preferred
- Experience performing Nuclear Medicine procedures in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety, hot lab procedures, and quality assurance
- Excellent communication, organizational, and patient care skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Brain SPECT imaging experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform brain SPECT imaging procedures, including patient preparation, radiopharmaceutical administration, and image processing.
- Conduct daily quality control, hot lab procedures, and maintain radiation safety standards.
- Prepare and administer patient doses while maintaining accurate documentation and imaging records.
- Maintain imaging equipment, dose calibrators, and required regulatory quality assurance testing.
- Collaborate with physicians and the clinical team to provide compassionate, high-quality patient care.
