Interventional Radiology (IR) Tech | Varied Shifts | Potential SOB

Join Atrium Health as an Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist and become part of a fast-paced, collaborative team at a leading trauma center. You'll assist physicians with minimally invasive image-guided procedures, monitor patients throughout treatment, and provide exceptional care to pediatric and adult inpatient and outpatient populations. Schedule

• Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week
• Multiple schedules available:
• • Monday–Friday (Days)
  • Monday–Thursday (4x10s)
  • Friday–Sunday (3x12s, 3rd Shift)

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during interventional radiology procedures by scrubbing and circulating
• Perform diagnostic radiology functions as needed in support of clinical care
• Participate actively in the on-call rotation to provide timely procedural support
• Maintain readiness to respond to emergent stroke and trauma cases
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Interventional Radiology program
• ARRT (R) Certification – Required
• BLS Certification (AHA or ARC) – Required
• Minimum 1 year Diagnostic Radiology experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year Interventional Radiology experience preferred
• Stroke and Trauma experience required
• Must be comfortable scrubbing and circulating IR procedures
• Must be able to participate in on-call rotation
• Must live within 30 minutes of the facility for call response
• RCIS candidates with busy STEMI hospital experience will also be considered

Salary

• Tech I: $34.90 – $52.35/hour
• Tech III: $40.30 – $60.45/hour
• Pay based on experience
