Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers with classroom management, organization, and lesson implementation
• Support students with assignments, projects, or specialized learning plans, as needed
• Supervise students to ensure safety and encourage positive interactions during classroom activities, lunch, or recess
• Help maintain a welcoming and organized classroom environment
• Support students with special needs or those requiring additional guidance
• Participate in staff meetings, ongoing professional development, and school activities as needed
