• Drives customer service initiatives and owning the customers experience.
• Responds to patient questions/ concerns
• educate customer on current testing products and general knowledge pertaining to Covid testing
• Helping customers with filling out required paperwork required
• Will help with multiple roles as needed

• Training will be given on site
