Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide exceptional service.
• Guide guests through the menu and make recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks efficiently and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and allergens.
• Process payments and handle cash accurately.
• Assist with side work, cleaning, stocking, and opening/closing duties.
• Work closely with hosts, runners, bussers, baristas, and kitchen staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience required.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Availability on weekends and holidays is required.
