Bookkeeper (Construction)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to maintain company's financial records and daily accounting activities at a General Contracting Company. The ideal candidate has strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Job Costing.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks Desktop/Online.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Project Management software experience with Procore a plus.
• Administrative/Clerical duties.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
