Construction Supervisor

Seeking qualified candidates with experience in residential construction with knowledge of slab foundations, block/masonry and frame/carpentry. Superintendent will be responsible for managing, scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing slab, block, and frame subcontractors. Will perform daily quality controls to ensure construction meets or exceeds building standards. Will work directly with builders, subcontractors, and other vendors/trades.

Requirements:

• Ability to read blueprints
• Must be able to monitor and direct multiple projects at one time
• Ability to identify slab, block, frame deficiencies and resolve on site
• Be able to work indoor, outdoor and in all climates
• Must be detailed oriented and be able to adapt to changes in work environment.
• Physically lift up to 100lbs
• Must have working vehicle and travel to jobsites as assigned
• Bilingual
• Willing to travel within Hillsborough and neighboring counties
• Meet insurance requirements for personal vehicle usage
