Construction Site Manager

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year

Job description:

Rhodes Building Company, LLC is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily field operations on commercial construction projects.

The Site Manager will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, maintain safety standards, and ensure projects are completed on time and according to plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day job site operations
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure work meets project plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Maintain project schedule
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
• Maintain daily logs and communicate progress with the Project Manager
• Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and jobsite logistics

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience
• Experience supervising subcontractors and jobsite operations
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices
