Warehouse Team Lead (Bilingual Chinese & English)

Location: Grapevine, TX 76051
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead who is fluent in both Chinese and English to join our growing warehouse team in Grapevine, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership experience who is looking for long-term career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support warehouse associates in daily operations.
• Ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Train and coach new employees.
• Coordinate workflow and communicate with management.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse organization.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Translate and communicate effectively between English- and Chinese-speaking team members.

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in Chinese and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Previous warehouse lead or supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
