Diesel Mechanic skilled in both diesel engines and hydraulic system

Must be able to test hydraulic circuits and equipment using pressure gauges, flow meters, and diagnostic tools

Install, replace, or upgrade hydraulic components according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards
Troubleshoot hydraulic failures and implement effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime
Maintain accurate service records, including maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage
Collaborate with engineers, operators, and maintenance teams to identify recurring issues and improve system performance
Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies while handling high-pressure systems
Maintain an organized inventory of hydraulic parts, tools, and equipment required for service operations
Provide technical guidance and support to operators and junior technicians on proper hydraulic system operation and maintenance

Must have strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to safety.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational certification in hydraulics, mechanical, or industrial technology preferred
Minimum 1 year recent medium/heavy diesel maintenance experience
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, fluid power principles, and related mechanical components
Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose complex hydraulic issues and implement effective repairs
