Traveling Construction Superintendent

We are a National Retail/QSR/Restaurant General Contractor. Position requires minimum 4 years previous experience & ability to travel. Responsibilities include site supervision, miscellaneous project management and project coordination. Any/all expenses, travel included, will be reimbursed.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project through turnover
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Maintain site safety

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management
• Familiarity with Pro Core software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Deadline and detail-oriented

General Contractor specializing in Interior Fit Out, QSR along with some ground up. This is a traveling Super position.
