Mechanic / Powersports Technician

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and performance issues on powersports vehicles and equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire service, brake repairs, tune-ups, and inspections
  • Complete warranty and manufacturer-required repairs
  • Accurately document repairs and service recommendations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Assist with pre-delivery inspections and vehicle setup
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repair needs and timelines

Qualifications

  • Previous mechanical experience required
  • Powersports, motorcycle, ATV/UTV, small engine, diesel technician experience preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to use diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and shop equipment safely
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
