This position is for an inhouse accountant to close out our property management company books on a monthly basis.In conjunction with our in house bookkeeper. Assisting with the count's receivable for rents also helping with budgeting tax planning . I must work in our local office. In Bakersfield, I've retired. Our part-time retired accountants are encouraged to apply
